Norma Hollis, known as the Authentic Voice Doctor, has always listened to the voice within that has guided her, her entire life. She is the author of Ten Steps to Authenticity. Norma T. Hollis has uncovered a practical process to help people gain deeper self-awareness. With a degree in early childhood development and a 20 year career directing child care centers Norma learned about personal human development. She became a spiritual director and labyrinth facilitator as a way to understand how spirit works within people. Then she operated the first African American Woman Owned speakers bureau representing African American speakers. Through 15 years as an entrepreneur including corporate training Norma learned about professional human energy systems.

The culmination of Norma’s 30 years of studying and experiencing are now the Authentic Voice System, a process that helps people define themselves, design the type of life that they want and align the parts of themselves into a sustainable life path.
